Anyone who bought a clock from me at 62a West Street, will have a comprehensive one-year guarantee in the case of mantel, bracket or carriage clocks and between a one and three year guarantee on longcase clocks. Unless you have seriously abused the clock, this will cover parts and labour.

Don’t worry if you can’t find the receipt - I have a full record.

If your clock is out of guarantee, but you bought it from me, I will offer a 20% discount on repair charges for the first two years.
